Privacy Policy

Personal data processing policy · version of 09.07.2026 (July 9, 2026)

1. Operator

The operator of personal data is Limited Liability Company “AiC” (ООО «АИК», brand AI Consulting Group), INN 6318115815, OGRN 1026301511356, Samara (the “Operator”).

This policy applies to the website ai-cg.ru and has been drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” (Федеральный закон от 27.07.2006 № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных»).

2. What data we process

• the data you enter in the request form: your name, company and role, contact method (phone / Telegram / email), a description of your task;
• technical data collected automatically by the web analytics service (Yandex Metrica): depersonalized information about the visit — IP address, device and browser type, pages and time of the visit.

3. Purposes of processing

• to contact you about your request and hold a diagnostic conversation;
• to prepare and perform a contract for consulting services;
• to improve the website (depersonalized analytics).

4. Legal grounds

Processing is based on your consent (the checkbox in the request form) and, once a contract is concluded, on the need to perform it (Article 6 of 152-FZ). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address in section 8.

5. How data is stored and to whom it is transferred

A request goes directly to the Operator’s partners (to a secure internal chat and an internal email address). Data is not sold and is not transferred to third parties, except as provided by law. Data is kept no longer than the purposes of processing require, or until consent is withdrawn.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website uses Yandex Metrica (a service of Yandex LLC, ООО «Яндекс») for depersonalized visit statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the website will keep working.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request information about the processing of your data, to demand that it be corrected, blocked or destroyed, and to withdraw your consent to processing (Articles 14, 20, 21 of 152-FZ).
