Consent to Personal Data Processing
By ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data” in a request form and sending the request, you freely, of your own will and in your own interest give your consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms below (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”).
1. Who receives your consent
The operator of personal data — Limited Liability Company “AiC” (ООО «АИК», brand AI Consulting Group), INN 6318115815, OGRN 1026301511356, Samara (the “Operator”).
2. Purpose
To review your request and reply to it: contact you by the method you chose, arrange a conversation, send the materials you asked for (for example, book files) and discuss possible cooperation. No mailing lists and no cold calls: your contact is used only to reply to this request.
3. What data
- what you enter in the form: your name (how to address you); a contact method — phone, messenger or email; where the form has such fields — company, role, company revenue, the topic or text of your request, the book you chose;
- what the form adds by itself: IP address, the address of the page the request was sent from, the page language, the date and time of sending.
A name, a contact method and a few words about your request are enough for a reply. Please do not include health information or other people’s data in your request — they are not needed for a reply.
4. What the Operator does with the data, and how
Collection, recording, storage, use, transfer (provision of access) within the purpose in section 2, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out with the use of automation tools.
How a request is delivered: the website sends it to the partners of AI Consulting Group via the Telegram messenger (an internal bot, Telegram Bot API) and a copy to an internal email address; an internal log of requests is kept on the website server. Telegram servers may be located outside the Russian Federation — by giving your consent, you also agree to such (cross-border) transfer.
Data is not sold and is not transferred to anyone else, except the delivery services named above and as provided by law.
5. Term
The consent is valid until the earliest of the following: the purpose of processing has been achieved; 3 years have passed since the request was sent; you have withdrawn your consent. After that the data is destroyed unless the law requires or permits keeping it longer — for example, if a contract is concluded following the request, the data is then processed to perform it (Article 6(1)(5) of 152-FZ).
6. How to withdraw your consent
Write to sparshakov@yandex.ru in any form and give the name and contact from your request so that we can find it. The Operator will stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal (Article 21(5) of 152-FZ), unless there is another legal ground to continue processing (Article 9(2) of 152-FZ).
7. Voluntary consent
