I’m not a consultant who lectures from on high, nor a trainer with ready-made answers. I’m a partner who stands beside the top executive and asks the precise questions. Often without the outside world noticing.
Coaching only works where there is proactivity. The energy to move is already inside you — what’s needed is a point of support. My job is to be that support and to help you see what you can’t see yet.
Proactivity plus coaching is more than the sum of the two. Where they meet, growth stops being an effort and becomes a trajectory.

Over 25 years I’ve built an integrative approach that unites three streams of work with a person’s inner world. This is what sets me apart: few people combine all three at every level — individual, couple, team.

NLP — a precise instrument
Dilts’ logical levels, the Milton model, calibration, reframing, anchoring. A practical language of change.
Coaching — the root method
The Ericksonian school, Solution-Focused, GROW. A focus on the client’s solutions and resources.

Giving you back authorship of your own growth
Galina Malysheva. A mother of five — perhaps my main school of strategic calm. A lawyer by first training (two honors diplomas) — hence my systems thinking, attention to detail and command of argument.
I studied with Marilyn Atkinson, founder of Erickson College and its Solution-Focused approach: I completed all four of her programs with her in person. Behind Atkinson stands Milton Erickson — and this lineage of living, gentle work with people became the foundation of my method.
My second line is perinatal and family psychology. I’m a perinatal and family psychologist, a doula at the Obereg Maternity Support Center in Samara, co-author and teacher of its doula training program, and I lead the Potyagushenki group for mothers with babies. In an owner’s office and beside a mother I do the same thing — I help people return to a state in which they want to live and make decisions. For mothers and families →
I believe the best practitioner is the one you eventually stop calling, because you’ve learned to do it yourself. My goal isn’t to make you dependent on a coach — it’s to give you back authorship of your own growth.
