Until change can be seen, it doesn’t happen
For thirty-five years I ran projects in the core sectors of the economy: energy, construction, housing and utilities, real estate and telecommunications. And I watched strong strategies fall apart when the team couldn’t see the end result. My job at AICG is to make a client company’s future visible before any money goes into it.
years of practice in strategic and operational management
industries: energy, construction, housing and utilities, real estate, telecommunications
roles in one person: manager, artist, prompt engineer
we describe cases without names — figures and context, not logos
Resistance begins where change remains just words
A roadmap in a slide deck looks convincing to whoever wrote it. To everyone else it’s a set of arrows and deadlines. People agree in words and keep working the old way — not out of sabotage, but because they can’t see where they’re going.
Thirty-five years in the core sectors of the economy have taught me this: people commit to a decision once they can picture it:
- The shop floor that will be rebuilt.
- The industrial site after modernization.
- The team that follows the new processes.
Until that picture exists, every transformation runs into the question “why do we need this?” — and ends right there.
That’s why at AICG I’m responsible for the third facet of the work: diagnostics provides the structure, coaching works with people, and the image shows the result before it’s paid for.
A manager who can draw — and taught neural networks to do it too
A rare combination, and a practical one: operational experience shows how production works and why projects fall through; artistic practice shows how perception works; generative models show how to turn one into the other, fast.
The management side of my career means tenders, contractors, handover deadlines and responsibility for sites where a mistake is expensive. The artistic side is a visual language that doesn’t look like a stock photo. The technology side is prompt engineering: not “generate something pretty,” but a precise image of a specific future state of the company.
Within the AICG team, this closes the gap between analysis and decision: what used to exist only in spreadsheets becomes something the top executive can show their team.
Five areas where my experience delivers results
Formats and fees are agreed for each engagement — every company needs a different scope of work.
Operations consulting in industry and infrastructure
Building and optimizing production and logistics cycles, turnaround management of sites and facilities. The view of someone who was personally accountable for deadlines and contractors — not someone who read about them in a report.
Visual support for transformation
“Digital twins” of strategies and roadmaps: “what it will look like” scenarios in photorealistic images and 3D. A tool for internal communications — when change has to be explained to hundreds of people, not ten.
Branding and social media for B2B in the real economy
Brand identity and content for industrial companies — the ones told for years that “our industry doesn’t need marketing.” Modern and businesslike, without the glossy look that feels alien to the industry.
Infrastructure project management
Support for major projects: from planning and contractor management to handover. Tender procedures, coordination of all parties, control of deadlines and quality.
Integrating AI into operations
Not just image and video generation: visual monitoring of site conditions, faster routine work on documentation and communications. AI as a working tool for frontline staff, not a showcase.
My track record: context without logos
We don’t name companies — that’s a rule for the whole team. Here is what can be said honestly.
An industrial company found a human voice
An original visual style and communications system for a major gas company: a marked rise in audience engagement instead of formal industry publications.
Sites handed over on time
Management of federal infrastructure projects: contractors, tender procedures, coordination of all parties and handover of sites to the client.
A production cycle under control
Work with a large automotive manufacturer: building operations and logistics processes under strict requirements for deadlines and quality.
