Three partners. Three facets of transformation.
The first partner is responsible for structure: finance, processes, the registered maturity model. The second — for people: resistance, culture, the emotional side of change. The third — for the image: turning plans into something the team can see and discuss. No facet carries the weight on its own — transformation breaks wherever any one of them is missing.
Structure goes to Sergey, people to Galina, the image to Igor

Three rules we don’t break
We are honest
Even when there is no management lever. A diagnostic may end with “let’s not go there” — and that is an honest result too.
Facts instead of promises
The registered QAC model (NRIS, DOI), a published book, a public method — all of this can be checked before you pay us.
NDA confidentiality
We publish cases only anonymously. The client’s data and decisions are protected by a non-disclosure agreement on every project.
The legal and finance practices are run by the partners
Contract work, corporate procedures and financial advisory are handled by vetted external specialists. We don’t publish their names on the website — that is standard practice: the partners answer to the client for the result, and the team is assembled around the specific task.
Start with a diagnostic, not with a team presentation
30–40 minutes one-on-one with a partner — an honest conversation about whether there is a management lever here.
