Four practices — one management loop
Management order around AI is not built with a policy on paper — it is built by joining the structural and the human. Strategy, data and processes on one side; culture, emotions and the top executive’s decisions on the other. Each practice covers its own part of the loop; together they hold the result.

Common questions about the practices
How do we know which practice we need?
The fastest way is a QAC audit: it shows which management domains lack maturity and, based on the results, points you to the right practice. If in doubt, start with a diagnostic rather than picking a practice at random.
Can we use several practices at once?
Yes, and that is usually what happens: structural work — strategy, law and finance — runs in parallel with the human side — education and coaching. The loop holds when both sides work together, not one after the other.
How much do the practices cost?
Consulting and ongoing support — on request, once we have diagnosed the task. Education comes with published price ranges: the corporate course, the “Resonance” module, one-off master classes. Exact prices are on each practice’s page.
How we connect the practices
One entrance instead of four doors. A QAC audit shows which domains lack maturity: structural gaps — Power, Tech&Data, Processes, Innovations — are led by Sergey Parshakov; human ones — Culture and Emotions — by Galina Malysheva and Quantum Coaching. Practices are brought in based on the diagnostic, not because someone wants to sell a program.

Both routes meet in one loop: consulting and coaching do not compete for the client’s budget — they complement each other.
