Owner’s Shield is the AI Consulting Group practice area for the moments when a company’s structure is put to the test: tax audits, commercial disputes, corporate conflicts, bankruptcy and the personal liability of executives and owners. AiC LLC handles prevention, the structure and accounting; representation in disputes and in court is provided by an advocate under the advocate’s own agreement with the client. Diagnostic of the structure
There is no dispute yet, or things need putting in order: 30–40 minutes with an AICG partner and a written assessment of how ownership, documents and accounting are set up and where the structure is vulnerable. Under a contract with AiC LLC; priced on request.
Consultation with the advocate
An audit, a dispute or a claim is already underway: a conversation with the advocate about your situation. Under an agreement with the advocate; the fee is paid into the bar association’s cash desk or account. The very fact of contacting the advocate is protected by legal professional privilege.
