What to know before you start
What is a QAC audit?
A productized diagnostic of management maturity on the QAC model: a 324-question questionnaire is turned into BI/CI/RMI indices, followed by a report with a roadmap and a review session with the team. The audit then routes the next steps — consulting or support through change.
How is the express different from a full audit?
A QAC express is a one-week, condensed version: the same questionnaire, but an express report and a 90-minute review instead of a full report with a roadmap. It is a way to see the management lever quickly before you commission a full audit.
How long does the diagnostic take?
A QAC express takes one week; a full QAC audit takes 2–4 weeks from the start of the survey to the review session. Support through change after the audit usually lasts 2–6 months and is discussed separately.
Who runs the diagnostic?
Sergey Parshakov runs the diagnostic personally — the author of the QAC model and a practitioner with 33 years of management experience. If the audit uncovers the human domains of Culture and Emotions, Galina Malysheva joins the work with the Quantum Coaching method (sessions in Russian).
