A model you can check before you pay us
All of AICG’s practice rests on one core — the proprietary QAC model (Quantum Ambidexterity Cube): an organization is not a machine to be repaired but a living organism to be helped to grow. The model is registered (an NRIS deposit certificate, the DOI of a scientific publication) and published as a book — you can study it, challenge it and try it on for yourself, free of charge.

Three modes at once
Exploration (search) · Adaptation (readjustment) · eXploitation (scaling). These are not stages taken in turn — a mature organization breathes with all three at once.

BI — the balance of modes, CI — the cohesion of domains, RMI — integral maturity. The ideal is “diagonal resonance”: growth in all modes without skews.

An honest caveat: self-assessment is not an audit. The full QAC diagnostic is 324 questions, work with the team and a carefully checked report; the mini-test only shows where to look first.
