A team that knows how to think with AI — faster than the competition

Technology without executive literacy is an IT expense line, not a managerial lever: the tool has been bought, but decisions are made the old way. We teach top executives and management teams to think with AI and to run deals with a method proven in practice — not in a weekend course.

01 — Portfolio

Three programs from a ready-made portfolio

Team

Prompt & Context Engineering

12 lessons in sprints for a management team of 8–15 people: prompt and context engineering as a tool for strategic decisions, not just “pressing AI buttons.” From ₽400,000 per management team.

Sales and negotiation

“Resonance”

Sergey Parshakov’s own sales and negotiation method: “Sales” — 2 modules × 2 days (from ₽300,000 per module), “Negotiation” — 3 days, “Top executives” VIP — 2 days. The author published the method in July 2026; the first corporate groups start in the fall, and pre-registration is open.

Open format

AI master classes

One-off workshops for executives and teams — ₽15,000–50,000 per participant. Dates and topics are announced on the Insights Telegram channel.

02 — The “Resonance” method

Five models instead of one script

A deal is run as a physical process: precise effort in step with the client’s emotional cycle, not pressure and persuasion. Five load-bearing models work together — in the negotiator’s speech, SPIN (Neil Rackham) becomes one of the layers rather than the whole technique.

Map

The deal curve

The client’s route with its nodes, dips and decision points.

State

The double emotional cycle

What is happening to the client and to the seller — at the same time.

Arsenal

The influence matrix

Where influence ends and manipulation begins — along clear axes, not by feel.

Speech

SPIN (Neil Rackham) and the author’s own techniques

Exploring the client’s need is one of the layers, not the whole technique.

Operator

Managing attention

The negotiator’s second attention and the stages of maturity.

03 — Why us

Taught by a practitioner, not a curriculum designer

33 years

Of practice, not teaching

The lead partner’s experience in management, finance and turnarounds — not notes from someone else’s courses.

NRIS · DOI

A registered model

The methodology rests on the QAC model: an NRIS deposit certificate and the DOI of a scientific publication — you can check the model before you pay.

Book

The method is published in full

“The Living Digital Organization” and the “Resonance” digest are open in the library — you can read them before our first conversation.

04 — Questions

Common questions about education

What is the format of the Prompt & Context Engineering course?

12 lessons in sprints — blocks of a few days rather than a course stretched over a year. We work through your company’s real tasks with a management team of 8–15 people, not generic cases.

Can the training be taken online?

The course runs in person in Samara, as on-site sessions in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and in a hybrid format for distributed teams. “Resonance” trainings are in person only for now — the method relies on live group dynamics.

What is the “Resonance” method?

Sergey Parshakov’s own sales and negotiation method: a deal is run through five models — Map, State, Arsenal, Speech (including SPIN by Neil Rackham) and Operator — instead of one universal script.

Do you issue certificates at the end of the training?

No, we do not issue state-recognized certificates. These are informational and consulting programs — for management qualification, not for a diploma.

05 — First step

Let’s discuss a program for your team

30–40 minutes with a partner: we will go through the task, timing and group makeup and propose the course, “Resonance” or a combination of the two.

“Resonance” — a fourteen-node deal map, the double emotional cycle and the influence matrix. Twenty-two chapters: you can read them before you order a group.
