Galina Malysheva — an architect of change
A strategic coach for top executives from the Erickson school — she studied personally with Marilyn Atkinson (Erickson College, 2004–2007). 25 years of practice. Sergey Parshakov — the structural facets
The author of the QAC model on which Quantum Coaching is built, and co-author of the book “The Architect of Change.” He covers decisions and power, skills, processes, innovation and AI. €100 per hour, paid in rubles at the Bank of Russia rate on the day of payment; online and in person, in Russian, and in other languages with an AI interpreter. For mothers and families

Three formats — from a conversation to certification
Executive coaching
₽6,000 per hour with Galina Malysheva (sessions in Russian); €100 per hour with Sergey Parshakov (paid in rubles at the Bank of Russia rate on the day of payment). With either coach you start with a free 30-minute diagnostic session: it shows whether this format is right for you before any payment.
Strategy sessions and training days
From ₽100,000 per day. A format for a management team, or for a single fork in the road that has to be navigated in one intensive day.
Quantum Coaching — the pilot cohort

Common questions
How is a coach different from a consultant?
A consultant brings ready-made expertise and a plan. A coach doesn’t decide for the top executive but helps them find the precise solution themselves and hold to it through implementation. At AICG these are two complementary roles in one team.
How many sessions are needed?
It depends on the task. A free diagnostic session (30 minutes) sets the format: a one-off strategy session, regular 1:1 coaching or a training day for the team.
What is Quantum Coaching?
